What we would like when you are ready to oder is
that you send us an email with your shipping address and we will
email you an invioice with all charges for your approval.
Shipping and Delivery:
All orders are generally sent out within 7 business
day of purchase. Our standard shipping on all items is UPS ground.
Additional charges may apply for rush deliveries (these generally
are sent via FedEx or UPS and higher shipping charges apply).
Please contact us if you wish to rush order your purchase.
Verification of information may be required prior
to the acceptance of any order.
We can ship only in the United States.
Return Policy:
Our customers' complete satisfaction is our goal.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you
may return your purchase within 7 business days of receipt, in
its original condition and we will be more than happy to issue
a refund or an exchange. A copy of the original receipt must be
included with the return item. All returns must be prepaid.
We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will not
refund original shipping charges for returned items (shipping
charges are non-refundable). You must contact us by email, phone
or mail that you intend to return your item(s). All returned items
will be inspected prior to approving refunds or exchanges. Any
damaged, modified, worn, used, dismantled or destroyed merchandise
will not be accepted. We strongly recommend that you insure the
item for the full amount that you paid. We are not responsible
for any lost or damaged items during return shipping. Please be
sure to keep all tracking information on returned items. All sale
items, personalized items are final sale.
Availability:
We strive to continuously update our product line
by bringing in new and unique merchandise. Please understand that
some of our featured items are purchased in limited quantities
and because of their limited availability and uniqueness, sometimes
their stock may not or cannot be replenished. When an item shown
are no longer in stock, we make every effort to update the availability
of that item on our website in a timely fashion. Should you have
any questions concerning the availability of a particular item,

Any cancellation of special orders, custom orders or preorders
must be made within 3 business days of original order.
Wholesale pricing:
We also offer wholesale pricing to resellers. Please contact us
via email at noup@optonline.net. A reseller's permit may be required
to obtain wholesale pricing.
